"First and foremost, Coach House builds an excellent garage. They use their employees, and it was put up in one day. The issue is with their sub contractors -specifically the concrete and electrical. The rainy spring delayed the pouring of the concrete, which they could not help. Once they completed the pour, it appeared as though there were rough spots on the floor. I sent pictures to my sales person and his sales manager and was told it was concrete dust. The ridges were clearly visible in the picture. Then I was told it was discoloration and would “cure” over time. No one came out to visually inspect the issue until much later in the build project. Weeks later, the crew came out to do the build and they did a great job. Punctual, thorough, and as mentioned, built a very nice garage. Then we waited for the electrical. They had to make three trips because, 1st they did not have the correct PVC pipe after digging the trench. A week and half later, after having a deep trench left open, they returned. The journeyman electrician left the fuse box ajar, a 1/4” gap where they cut the drywall, the exterior lights on either side of the garage were hung at different heights (I had clearly marked them with masking tape as instructed by the salesperson) and screwed the base of the lights directly into the garage wall vs. using the brackets that were provided. At this point, our frustration level was pretty high. The electrical issues were fixed, and my sales person finally came out to look at the concrete. Realizing there truly was an issue with the concrete, their first solution was for us to have an epoxy floor put down. Second solution was to go halves on an epoxy floor. Neither option was acceptable as we should not have to pay for their mistake. They finally offered to take care of the floor at their cost, but at this point, we had already waited for 4 months for the garage to be complete, and frankly did not want any more of their subcontractors to do any work. After much back and forth, we finalized the invoice. Again, the garage itself is great, but there were too many issues involved with the rest of it."

While he was there he also educated me on the age of the garage door opener and door itself. At my request he gave me approximate costs for replacing those items should it become necessary. "I recommend Roofs by Rodgers very highly!! When we had the roof put on in 2020 we also had them build an over hang on the front porch, they did an excellent job and good clean up too. Took about 2 days on the roof but then they had to come back to finish the gutters. Called them on Tuesday the 17, 2026 because on of the S-curve down spout had come loose, she said they would send someone out on Wednesday, but then they had someone in the area so they came fixed the down spout cleaned off the gutters and cleaned off the roof as well. We just don't have a tall enough ladder or can't afford one so that was a Great help to us. Thanks Roofs by Rodgers!! "

"<p>Ground Zero did a top-notch job from start to finish! It is rare these days to be inspired to write a positive review, so let me dive in with the details:<br /> 1. Sales - I visited their showroom in South OKC. Alicia was very friendly and knowledgeable about the shelters. I'm an engineer by trade and had many geeky engineering questions; Alicia was able to answer every question I had about the construction and design. She walked me through how the entire process is handled, and even described OKC's building permit process.  Was so impressed that I made the purchase on-the-spot.  The price I indicated ($2300) was a sales price for the "smaller" shelter, so your price may vary.  <br /> 2. Permits/Pre-Install:  Ground Zero provided pre-filled forms for the building permit. If you live in OKC you can go online and apply, then fax the forms. They (the City) will call you back for your CC number and give you the permit number (which you provide back to Ground Zero.   Ground Zero people followed up with me four days before install to ensure that everything was on-track.<br /> 3.  Installation:  Here is where Ground Zero hit it out of the park. I have to admit I was nervous about the install, as I've had more than a few installations that were total nightmares. My installers - Raul (Installer) and Xavier (Helper) were on time, ready to start immediately, and were very polite and professional.  Since I had a Pre-Tensioned Slab we had to call Suncoast to cut /re-anchor the cables latticed underneath the slab, this caused Raul and Xavier some minor delay and re-marking, but both of them worked seamlessly with Suncoast with the modifications and everything quickly was back on track.  Raul quickly had the slab cut and dirt removed within 1.5 hours, he was able to finesse the mini-excavator like a pro, probably could use it to pick up toothpicks if he wanted. Xavier was constantly moving and took care of the 1000 other smaller tasks, Raul and Xavier worked together like clockwork and rarely needed to talk.   When they were done they cleaned EVERYTHING, not a spot of mud anywhere inside or on the driveway, Raul used the pressure washer for a good 30 minutes just on the driveway.  While Raul hauled the dirt away, Xavier finished the troweling on the cement backfill leaving it with a nice raised feathering that looks very professional.   NEVER in four hours on site did I see either gentleman take a break to loaf, they were constantly moving and working non-stop. <br /> I'm very pleased with the professionalism of the Ground Zero Team from Start to Finish, and pleased with the final product.   No, I'm not a "shill" nor do I work for Ground Zero. I am just one consumer that is tired of writing bad reviews for bad service, and pleased for once to be able to write an outstanding Review!</p> <br />"

"The first time we employed Howard Helmuth was a Saturday morning when our garage door refused to open--broken spring--both vehicles inside, and my husband and I, parents of three busy boys, had places to go.  I started an online search for a garage door service that was willing to make a house call on Saturday morning.  Howard was willing to do so.  He had me on my way in about an hour and a half.  The price just about matched my husband's estimate for replacing the broken spring (we believe Howard's pricing is fair).   <br /> We were selling my parents' condo, due to close on Friday, realized Monday we would need to replace the opener.  I called Howard, and he installed the opener and keypad that day.  All works well.   <br /> I would definitely phone him again to work on a garage door problem. <br />"
