From the first estimate, to the completion, we could not be more pleased. The owner is very conscientious and wants to ensure that each step of the job is completed to the highest standards. Communication was outstanding and there were zero costly "surprises". He and the gentleman that worked for him were both very friendly. They went above and beyond to keep the construction mess to a minimum and performed a thorough clean-up at the end of every workday. "Upon arrival one man measured and outlined where shelter would go while the other two men unloaded equipment and prepared to work. Everything was done cleanly with the utmost care. They swept and picked up everything as they worked. They cut and removed the concrete in the floor of the garage, carrying it to the truck. "The tile work was very well done. We had picked out the tile before work was started, but Ronnie went and picked it up. He talked about the different layouts and he answered all of our questions. We really liked the threshold design that went in the doorways when the tile pattern changed direction. There was a nice selection of granite for the countertops, and the finished installation looks very nice. He updated the shower, removing a bench and enlarging the doorway. He added tile insets to hold toiletries. Excellent attention to detail. I was "griping" about having to paint the master bathroom and closet, and he added that for a very reasonable fee. He took care of all demolition and debris, and cleaned up daily."
