"Gus was always reachable or he promptly returned my calls and made a point to keep me updated on everything. The guys did a great job repiping the house, replacing the water heater and cleaning up after themselves. My only complaint is they forgot to turn on a few water valves (to the dishwasher and the hot water heater, for example) and had to come back the next day to get them squared away.
