He called me prior to beginning the job to let me know the date and time that he would start. Once he started, he provided me with pictures inside the chimney to show the current condition. In addition to tuck pointing the chimney, he applied a acid wash to clean the effervescence that had built up. He also applied a sealer to the chimney. It took him two days to complete the job.
