"I called at 8:00pm on a Tuesday night. The plumber came before 10:00pm as promised. He replaced a leaking shut-off valve and associated pipe within an hour. Cost was as quoted for one hour labor plus parts which were less expensive than expected. No extra costs for travel time or anything else. We will definitely use again."

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. "George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.

"There was a part that needed to be replaced on the shower and they came out and replaced it and I have not had any problems.  This company stands behind their products and there is no hassle in getting things taken care of.  It was one small part that needed replacing on the shower head.  I would recommend Re-Bath over every other company doing this type of work.  I would NEVER use Bath Fitters or Herls...they are horrible....go with Re-Bath and you will be very satisfied and won't have problems of work not being completed or them not showing up after they start the job and go to another job and don't come back to you for a week or two......Re-Bath completes the job when they say and they show you if there are any other issues and they take care of making sure everything is done properly the first time! I cannot say enough good things about them and everyone that works there are excellent, professional and very personable."

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"I called Surfside in advance to set up an appointment and was advised to call on the day of service.  The day we needed them, I called at approximately 12:30 PM and they arrived to install the new toilet an hour or so later.  The plumber did a very good job, removed the old toilet, disposed of it, and installed the new one.  He insured it was solidly seated, and cleaned up the entire area before he left.  We were very pleased not only with the responsiveness of Surfside, but also the work of the plumber who responded to our call.  If needed, we will surely use them again."
