"Dean was very easy to work with, understood the work that was needed to be done, didn't try to up sell, came in with a very reasonable quote. We had 5 sliding glass doors installed which had a long lead time on getting made but he stayed in contact during that time. My wife and I had previously hired an incompetent contractor who charged $10K just for the initial demo!  We were stuck after we fired him! 

We called Mike Foote and told him the story and he showed up right away to go over the details.  Mike came to our rescue!!

On short notice, Mike came right over and came up with a plan for the renovation.  He acted as general contractor supervising the great electrical work (Ken Lowe) and great plumbing (Tom Fotis) work that we had done as well as building us a brand new kitchen and bath (floor to ceiling).  The project took a few months and Mike and his crew (Jaime & Harry) were great to work with!    Very professional and great attention to detail.  Mike suggestions saved us lots of time and money and got our placed finished and made really beautiful and ready to rent before Labor Day as we had hoped!

We would certainly recommended Mike Foote for any renovation or remodeling work and would hire him again in a minute!
