"I don't think they come out, they just gave a ball park figure over the phone. If I recall, there was a little bit of a mix up. They did not indicate that they were going to charge to come out and do a quote. They did not charge for the quote, because I called them back and told them no I don't want to do that. They were very responsive. I found out they were going to charge me for the consultation later on through a phone call or email. It was a miscommunication. I was not aware that there was a charge for a quote, that is when I called them back."
