"Armando arrived on time and performed in an outstanding manner.  He had to take the toilet tank off and completely rebuild the insides of the tank.  He noticed that the water valve coming out of the wall was leaking and replaced that while he was here.  He made adjustments to the tank light in the kitchen ceiling and got it to working again.  All in all he was here for about 2 hours and fixed everything that I asked him to fix.  We will certainly use this contractor again and I will ask for Armando.
He cleaned up his mess when he left.  He was very polite and easy to deal with.

The estimate was well within my budget, but Marcie didn't have a 10' ladder on her truck, which she would need since the fans were on cathedral ceilings. We agreed to installation the following week. Marcie arrived as we expected, and in a very professional manner installed the two ceiling fans within the time frame we expected."
