"It went perfectly. He showed us the product. When he installed the gutters, he suggested the guards, but we just weren't sure. He came back a few years later when we had a clogged gutter, he explained that the leaves were blocking the drain spout. We then agreed to get the guards installed. He even installed them at the same price he quoted us two years ago."

That's too bad, for I felt they were very trustworthy, in that, in spite of some ceiling water damage I have, the inspector concluded that my roof is okay. The water damage was most likely caused by an ice dam in my gutters last winter. 
 
I had asked them for an estimate for a better gutter system (either installing screens or an entirely new system) as well as solar-powered roof fans to replace my current generic outlets. 
 
I can only guess that they aren't really interested in that kind of work, and must prefer to only follow through with total roof replacements.
I get that. But, their failure to communicate that, especially after the salesman took measurements and said he would get back to me, keeps me from being able to give them perfect scores. 
 
I would definitely recommend them for a roof inspection, however.

Mike is highly recommend by a lot of people in multiple states. The pictures with the latter’s is the last gutter job that I help him on which was on a 2 story house with a little extra facia work for the front gutters. The pictures of the gray building is another job he has completed with a happy customer."
