"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

"Thomas came over and assessed our bathroom which also leads into the laundry room. He did discover a little bit of mold around the drain of that bathroom, so he disinfected that area before he could lay down the grout and tile. In total, it took him about 2 days to complete the whole area. The tile looks better than I ever imagined. Would I hire him again for any future projects? Heck yes!!"

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

I was trying to find the issues on alignment and spacing but I could not. 3. The most impressive part for Jonanthan is he stayed late on Christmas Eve to finish the job and kept his promise on working days. I haven’t seen any contractors like him who is so dedicated to the job and schedule. 4. The only recommendation is to invest a little more to upgrade tools to improve efficiency. But I believe it won’t be a problem in future as you would earn many customers because of your work attitude. Overall I highly recommend Jonanthan and I hope his business is better.
