"Reasonable rates with high quality work. Both the estimator that came out initially and the installation team were professional and efficient. They explained the process without adding jargon or trying to sell me on the services that I didn't need. The overall cost was extremely reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. They are one of the few contractors I found that did not mind if I had my own garage door openers rather than having to purchase theirs. I found them on Angie's List and highly recommend them to other members. I had two poorly functioning wooden garage doors replaced and two new garage door openers installed. Total cost (not including the openers I already had) was $2,600. It was not the cheapest bid, but it was far from the most expensive and I could not ask for better with the office staff or quality of work."

"We just purchased our first home and while we love the home, we are pretty sure it had the original garage door on it from the late 90s so our top priority was replacing the door and opener both . I got quotes from several companies two weeks ago, but when it came down to it, I had a much better experience with Champions Garage Door repair and felt we would be better taken care of. That said, they have some awesome deals so I still believe we walked away with a great deal. They scheduled a pre visit to come measure the door on Monday, which was quick and made me feel more confident for our appointment. Then Tuesday, Dave and Jose came and installed the door. They were both fantastic and always keep me in the loop and let me know what was happening. They did a great job and their work is spot on. They know what they're doing! I also appreciated the walk through of all of the features of the door. I could not be happier with my experience! I would highly recommend them for a garage door and/or opener replacement."

"My primary complaint is cost and not service. The service provided was very good. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out promptly on the next day (Saturday) after I called them at 4pm on a Friday. The technician replaced the torsion springs and even repaired a few minor items on our garage doors at no additional charge. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That being said, the price that they charged for the torsion spring parts. The labor charges seemed reasonable, but they wanted to charge $250 for *each* torsion spring. I could not find online anywhere where a torsion spring cost more than about half of that ($125). When asked why these torsion springs cost so much, the technician was sort of vague. In following up with the company, I generally got the run-around. They could not provide the manufacturer's part number, and the manufacturer that they use only sells wholesale and will not disclose the price that they charge. No one could really justify the outrageous price that they were charging for the parts, but I needed my garage door fixed as soon as possible, and I didn't have time that weekend to fix it myself due to other obligations. Overall, if you want the problem fixed promptly and properly, and don't mind spending a lot of money, then Precision Garage Doors will do the job for you. If you are handy enough to install torsion springs yourself, you would save a ton of money."

"I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price.  However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me.  The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner.  On the day of installation the team arrived right on time.  They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing.  They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me.  They were polite and congenial.  I have had to have them come back since  the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged.  On each occasion they were prompt and professional.  I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking.  I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.  <br />"
