The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. All this was diagnosed and completed the same day the second handyperson came out. My wife is overjoyed with the washing machine functioning after several weeks of more and more frequent floods. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank.
