"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Fast & honest. My 30 yr old dishwasher was rusted out. He advised me that it was beyond repair as the entire mechanism was rusted out, did not try to sell me anything (it is 30 yrs old), turned off water to stop it from leaking again."

"Quick response, thorough, friendly and fair. Zack repaired our electric range after I received a small amount of current through my steel spatula when my other hand across a steel sauce pot. I’ve read that this can be dangerous so I didn’t tell anyone for about six months and just tried not to shock myself but there was enough spooky stuff going on with this stove that I began to think about the regret I would feel for knowing it was malfunctioning after my mother’s house was reduced to smoking embers so I home called ZR Master Appliance Repair. Zack replaced two off-brand elements and a faulty switch with factory parts and tested the connections in less than fifteen minutes (when the parts arrived the following Monday). I was very pleased with his work so I had him look at our dishwasher. An excellent business that I feel good about supporting. Recommended."

"Sargis did a great job with my Samsung dryer repair. It didn't take him more than 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and once he identified the problem, he had the replacement roller/belt with him. He was able to repair it right there, the whole thing took less than an hour. Very happy with the service. I also got the vent cleaned with LimeBricks, Sargis pointed out that the dryer would be much more effective once I got that done."

"Awesome service. Would definitely use again."

"would advise everyone to use this company there service was excellent."

"C.F. Services [Creig Fitzgerald] called and asked if he could arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was okay with us. Creig works well with the elderly, understands what is asked of him and is varied in his skills, (he did electrical and carpentry work for us). He is a friendly young man who is quick and professional. We are glad we found him, we'll be using C.F. Services [Creigh Fitzgerald] in the future as there are so many things that need to be done around the house that do not require contractors licenses. I would recommend you give the C.F. Services a call. M Daggett"

"Ertan is really good at what he does, and for a fair price. Before starting, we walked through my home to show current locations of switches and outlets, and where we wanted to relocate them. My home was built in 1907, and some of the switches were in odd places, one was within reach of my 21-month-old son. Ertan followed all of our wishes, and made good suggestions. He was also very reasonable, even when he realized that working on our house would be difficult. We do not have drywall in many of our rooms, but plaster covering redwood planks. He found that cutting a hole in the wall to access the wires would take a long time, but he did not change his estimate and continued to perform the work. He also patched holes when he finished, which was a great help."

"I’m really happy with his service."
