"Sargis did a great job with my Samsung dryer repair. It didn't take him more than 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and once he identified the problem, he had the replacement roller/belt with him. He was able to repair it right there, the whole thing took less than an hour. Very happy with the service. I also got the vent cleaned with LimeBricks, Sargis pointed out that the dryer would be much more effective once I got that done."

"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley. "Mr. Atalay made a visit as scheduled to view the job and provided a written estimate for labor and parts. We agreed to a day to do the work and he had to change the date, but it wasn't a problem for me as none of the job was an emergency or even urgent. He arrived on time on the designated day, with a helper, and repaired the problem lights in my unit, providing explanations of what failed in each of the four fixtures/switches. Then, he moved to the garage and fixed the very large fixtures in the 20 foot high ceilinged space. (He had to rent a ladder to do this part of the job.) He did everything as agreed and within the estimated price range. He was clean, polite, pleasant, and easy to deal with. I would hire him again."

I was pleased he listened to my description of the problem. He didn't interject or interrupt me as I tried to explain. He proceeded to run tests on the dryer. Within a very short time he let me know what the problem was and the cost to repair it. I appreciated the care he took as he completed his work. The dryer is located in tight quarters. The only drawback was that when my husband got home he said the dryer exhaust vent was not completely connected to the wall exit vent. This is the only reason for an over all rating of a "B". I hate when appliances are not working properly. MMAB made the process of repairing the drying easy, quick and I would definitely call them again."
