"They were very responsive in the time they could come out to our house.  Our heater broke right before we left to grandparents house for Christmas.  Advent heating scheduled an appointment for right when we got back from out of state to fix our heater.  No complaints.

"Would highly recommend! Very prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. I have full confidence that the repair was done correctly and they are fair with their prices. The only heat and air company I would use."

"They were extremely punctual for both the estimate, and the actual installation, with full explanation of how the machine works including the comparison between the cost of a tankless and a standard heater,. In addition, there has been some vibration noise (that only one member of the family can hear!) and they have been extremely thorough in working to lessen it, while being cheerful through the whole process, despite having to make extra trips to do so."

"While I ended up spending $1300 more than expected I knew it was time to replace that 15-year-old contractor-grade water heater. The other services were taken care of and my discount was applied. I will use this company again."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Fixed a wall, repaired tile, built a deck and painted building inside and out. !! Andy does great work"

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
