"My sump pump goes off all the time; I think there is a natural spring around my house. Joe Silverberg, my local U.S. Waterproofing rep., has been wonderful in advising me on my sump pump replacement, (which works beautifully by the way and gives me so much peace of mind!), and on sealing cracks in my basement walls. Whenever I have needed him, Joe comes over right away to address the situation. I highly recommend Joe and U.S. Waterproofing, who does excellent work and stands by that work!"

"The repair was excellent. It dealt with the issues concerning a cement block foundation. I am confident that the water problem is solved. Everseal worked beyond expectations. The workmen were very easy to work with. They did their best to keep dust from their work centralized. I would definitely hire them again - but, I don't think I will have to because of the job they did."

"Courteous, professional. would gladly hire them again recommend anyone looking for waterproofing hire this company"

"I would like to thank Mariano and crew from Chicago Basement Systems for the very efficient work they performed in my home crawl space. They replaced my failed sump pump and drain tile; installed a Sani-Dry Sedona dehumidifier; installed a backup battery; installed steel beams and piers; installed a waterproofing membrane on the crawl space floor; and encapsulated the entire crawl space. Now I don't smell odors seeping from my crawl space, and my house no longer shakes when cars drive over the city speed bump outside my house. Also, I can now use my clean dry crawl space for extra storage. Thank you Chicago Basement Systems for peace of mind knowing that this project has a lifetime transferrable warranty. I highly recommend Chicago Basement Systems for crawl space repairs!"

"We experienced water in our basement for the first time due to our sump pump failing. We went to Home Advisor and found AUS. They responded quickly late in the evening and a few hours later we had a new sump pump installed and water quickly began recede from our basement. Our tech was amazing and very professional. He left our home just before midnight and had more homes to do. We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the repair and would definitely recommend AUS again."

"Ken Kirchner, the owner, checked on our foundation. The insurance adjuster told me we may have a crack in the foundation. After evaluation our foundation, Ken told me there were no cracks in our foundation. Our plumber told me there was a water pipe problem. Ken video taped the location the water was coming in our family room. After viewing the video, our insurance adjuster told me we had a valid claim. Ken and Family Waterproofing Solutions did not charge me for his service. When you are looking for an honest evaluation and workmanship, I highly recommend Ken Kirchner and Family Waterproofing Solutions."

"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

"My family members and I are extremely pleased with their fantabulous basement waterproofing business and will refer them to anyone who needs reliable waterproofing experts."

"Establishing Firm Foundations Waterproofing did great job."
