He reviewed my design sketch, made a suggestion for one minor change and provided fixed price quote for the agreed upon design. My county requires a specific footer for buildings. Rich dug the footer in the time he promised and, immediately after county approval, contacted me to schedule the pour. There was rain on and off during the timeframe for scheduling the pour. Rich communicated daily to let me know if rain impacted the pour date. In the end, the pad was poured on the date promised and I couldn't be happier with the results. Rich and his crew do a great job. They are also very friendly."
