"Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Talon Construction. They just completed (today) a 740 ft addition onto our 1939 colonial home. The addition is two stories and includes a family room, office/bedroom and powder room on the first floor and a master suite/bathroom on the second floor. My husband and I knew Talon was for us when we went to their website and saw the code of conduct listed. My husband is in law enforcement so security is as important to us as the quality of work.  It also seemed like Talon really takes pride in their company and after working with them we can tell you that it is so true. They cared that every last detail was taken care of and really made the addition feel like it has always been there by paying close attention to detail and truly providing outstanding craftsmanship. My husband and I absolutely LOVE every room and can?t decide which one is our favorite. Not to mention, all of this was completed in 4 months. They were dedicated and hard working from start to end and completed the project before the deadline. The team was 100% professional and extremely pleasant to work with. "Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. Not easy but Kelvin always tells me his job is to solve problems. And he does. Twice I needed to call him back to handle small over looked items and he returned promptly to handle them. Kelvin's knowledge, experience, and advice contributed greatly to the success of my projects, I am impressed and well pleased. Thank you KF Remodeling."

"KS & D contractors sent a team of two men to repair a door jamb that had been damaged due to a kick-in and to install a door jamb reinforcement kit. The team arrived on time and I watched them perform the repair. The senior member of the team, deftly assisted by the other member, skillfully and efficiently worked his way through the nonstandard difficulties of my problem (i.e., the door was thicker than regular doors, and the plaster walls behind the doorjamb repair were complicating how the screws were to be set in). He solved all of these problems using the myriad of tools and materials that he brought to the job (they have a really big truck). Through watching them work through the job, I am convinced that it would have taken me weeks to have attempted to do the same thing, with me having to watch YouTube videos, going back and forth to the hardware store, and renting or buying different tools, etc... I wrote this about a year ago soon after they did that work. Somehow, I forgot to submit this review until now and its been sitting on my hard drive all this time. With the tenant changed out I can see that the repair has still held up - just as it was after they repaired it. I apologize for the late review, but thanks for your great work, KSD!"
