Dustin called and I explained the problem to him and he walked me through some step to try and the result was I didn’t need anyone on my roof and I really didn’t have a drainage problem after all. He could have came out and charged me but he didn’t. I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Dustin and when I do need a plumber , I will definitely call him. "
