I called PuroClean and spoke with Lauren just before 10am. By noon, Erickson was at the house assessing the damage. He provided a recommendation and an estimate. By 2pm, Zach arrived to start the job. He pulled up the water damaged carpet, making sure to do the cuts in the straightest and cleanest line possible so adding new carpet back would be less difficult, and two pieces of baseboard. He also humored my overly excited 6-year old daughter who was eager to watch him work. I was impressed by how courteous everyone was and how they appeared to work as a team unit. "I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. I just want my job completed and after that I won’t contact Remodel USA again!!"

"Randy, our electrician, was excellent. He was professional, polite, and efficient. He explained what he was doing and was very ingenious when we discovered that the screws to hang the fixture were not long enough. He problem-solved the situation on the spot and was able to hang the fixture with a few minor adjustments. It looks great. When he replaced the basement light switch, he explained why it went bad. I was concerned that there was a wiring problem in our basement and he assured me that the rest of the wiring was done very well."
