Vernon was very responsive and was on-site that day and was able to replace our sump pump with a new unit He then returned and installed a back-up system and fixed some piping on the outside of the house. "Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

Bob came over, took a look at the sink, and proposed a solution within a very short time. He explained the configuration of my plumbing, which is tricky since the lines are all in concrete (my house was built in 1951 and is on a slab). The problem was resolved, and the bathroom was left spotless (as always, with Glenoak).

And additional bonus is that he recommended the Goodman A/C and heating systems, which get very good reviews and are not overly expensive. On the day of installation, he was very thorough and made sure the work was done properly. He also followed up with emails and made an additional visit to check the humidity levels in the house. We will definitely hire him and It's Phenomenal again for any other HVAC work and we recommend him to anyone else needing such work done."

"It started as a DIY project. We turned off the house main and disassembled the leaky hose bib. Then we found out we couldn't just replace the washer not took it off entirely. We called several places and Saffer was the only one who could provide an immediate emergency service with clear service window. Jason (I hope I got his name right) arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to get the old hose bib off (turned out we just didn't have the right tools) and installed the new one that we already bought. Upon request, he also attempted to check if we accidentally damaged attached piping, but unfortunately it was not possible because it was hidden behind a finished wall. Because the work only took 15 minutes, he even gave us a discount (original quote was $160). We are very happy to have a properly working hose bib again!"

"Very prompt response once the service call was placed.  The plumber arrived the next day (even though I stated that it was not an emergency!) which was wonderful.  An arrival time was established, and the plumber was in constant contact with me throughout the day to let me know that he would be arriving a bit late.  The job was done easily and quickly.  I was not at home at the time of the service (my parents were there), and payment was set up at a later date.  I would DEFINITELY use Aqua again-great neighborhood business which I prefer to support.

"Excellent service.  Our first move from Hanover to Severn ended up being on the rainiest day on record.  Guys came out, moved everything that could be moved with out water damage.  They were fast, and there was no damage even under horrible conditions, and a 2 difficult angled landings between floors.  On our second move, they hustled to get everything packed and loaded on the first day.  When we met them in NC, they got everything unpacked and moved into place with speed and no damage to any furniture.  Some of the items we had include two very heavy recliner couches, and 4 bedrooms worth of stuff.

"BGE Home beat the nearest competitive pricey a couple of hundred dollars. Their representative knew what he was talking about. He, and the crew that replaced the unit, were on time. The crew worked quickly, replacing the whole unit in a few hours. They respected our home, offering some alternatives for a plant that might have to be moved to allow access to the outside unit. The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours. (We did not take advantage of this offer, as we were going to be out of town anyway in the interim.)"
