Mr. Winston called and I immediately felt comfortable aa if I was speaking with an old friend or family member and he was 100% professional. I explained my issue with the laptop and he immediately told me the possible issues from the simplest fix to the complex possibility. I asked for a quote and he told me his hourly rate, which was surprisingly reasonable. He came to my home to see if he could repair it there, but had to take it to his shop. He didn't hold onto it unnecessarily to uncharged me or anything. I was given a detailed explanation of the issue with my laptop and how it was resolved. This was my first time using Angi for any type of service and I was extremely pleased. I will be reaching out again and referring to everyone I know about this pro. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "I was told to call All American Solutions. I did and was connected Mr. Bob Feltman. He is a wonderful, brilliant, and smart man. He was patient with me as he walked me through the steps I needed to do. Because of surgery I just had my mouth area was numb and swollen making it hard for me to speak correctly. Bob was such a love. For 2 1/2 days he diligently worked cleaning up, removing all of the ware's, and trash out of my computer. Then everything had to be reinstalled. I was extremely pleased with his work and knowledge. I would totally recommend All American Solutions to anyone that has a computer problem big or small.
