I am glad I found The Water Line Group on the web in researching best methods to replace house main water line. Further, I went to check on him at one point in the house and he had his mask down during the COVID pandemic. It was $349 to snake the drain 25 feet (note it's $49 just to have them come out). Upon inspection of other issues in the house, they suggested I replace a toilet bowl at a parts + labor cost of $750-$950 depending on the bowl I selected. The plumber engaged in a debate about my desire to get a second opinion. In general, I found their pricing to be high and unmatched to the service."

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"
