"This is a business designed for big projects, i.e., complete home renovation. I only needed a couple/few pieces of trim replaced, but at estimate time, the scope and cost increased to astronomical levels. Replacing 4 boards of trim became suggestions to replace so much more with a grand total approaching $4,000. We simply weren't a match, which I suspected and communicated to the scheduling agent at the time. They may be great, but I'll never know, as I needed a handyman-type service that would take approx. 2 hours, and they wanted to provide complete home renovation which they would get to in 12-16 weeks."

"I have had a great experience working with Home Genius Exteriors to replace my roof. Sameh was very nice, thorough, and helpful explaining my options without pressure. Tyler has been a great project manager making sure that I was happy with their work. Both of these guys have made themselves available on weekends and after hours to answer all of my questions. The roofers were friendly hard working guys who obviously take pride in their work. They arrived promptly at 7 am each day, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when they finished. They even trimmed a couple branches for me that I couldn't reach and repaired a loose beam in my attic that Sameh discovered during the initial inspection that I didn't know was loose, at no extra charge. I love our new roof! Next month I'm having them tear off our old wood siding and replacing it with new Fiber Cement siding. I can't wait! This is a completely honest review from a very happy customer!"

"The entire process went incredibly well. I reached out to 5 of the highest-rated (per Angie's List) Owens Corning's Preferred Platinum Contractors. Jason (Bradford Xteriors' Owner) was the first to call me back and arrange a visit for a quote. (There were several I didn't hear back from at all.) Bradford Xteriors Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Flex shingles (hail-proof). The crew was already trained on the new product. The crew showed up on time, answered any questions I had and did a great job minimizing any mess during the project and cleaning the yard afterwards. During installation, Jason stopped in to make sure everything was progressing well. Afterwards, a quality assurance member came to survey the work done. Additionally, they replaced my gutters as well. Jason took care of working things out with my insurance company, as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their quality, care and the results!"

"I live alone so I was hesitant on who I wanted to bring into my home to help me out, but I was unable to do the work myself and I needed it done ASAP I didnâ t have time to wait for another company to take a week to come out. I called and explained my issues and what id like done, that day they were here, very courteous towards me and respectful. He walked around looked and what I needed and listened as well I really liked that. By the end of the day everything I needed was repaired, and installed and to the specs I wanted even though some of what I wanted was a bit unusual. "I purchased this as a Big Deal on the Angle's List site. The toughest part of the job was that I had a malfunctioning bathroom fan that needed to be replaced. We found that the way the fan had been mounted, there was no way to replace it with a new fan. So he took the back with him to Dayton and found someone who could repair it. Then, he came back, put the fan back in, and cleaned the gutters and cut up and disposed of big tree limbs. It was such a relief to get the fan fixed!

"My insurance company seen our roof so I had to get our roof done or have to carry high risk insurance supplied by our mortgage company. I went out to get three quotes and Double B Roofing gave us a quote on the spot. One company didn?t return my phone call and the other mailed the quote to me even after I told them to email it to me. I didn?t have much time. So I called Double B Roofing and we scheduled a time but their supplier didn?t have what we wanted so we delayed by 2 days.  They came to the house as promised after they received the materials. It took 2 full days and one partial day to finish the job to remove the old shingles and entirely re-roof the house.  They did extra work that was appreciated. They had to remove the satellite dish. After roofing that
section of the roof they put the satellite dish back on the roof and entered the codes to get the service working.  A small part of the roof?s wood needed to be replaced and they replaced it with no extra charge. Double B even supplied the insurance company proof that the roof was done. The cost was fair, their service was excellent and we will call on Double B Roofing to roof our homes.
