"AC maintenance was done by our very own Robert from Green's Appliance Heating & Cooling"

"Mack and Aaron were both EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgable, professional, polite and concerned about cleaniness (and we appreciated all those postive characteristics!). Really excellent professionals who serviced our furnance and installed a new thermostat that is really nice. We cannot recommend Schaal highly enough and Mack and Aarson were really, really good to work with. If you are seeing this and considering an HVAC company, there is no other choice than Schaal! (We have used Schaal since the early 1990s and always been totally pleased with their service, technicians and people who answer the phones!)."

"While the price was high, it was somewhat negotiable. They also came back multiple times after the initial troubleshooting since the inital diagnosis was not spot on and they had to come fix other components. Fortunately, they respected their initial estimate. Luckily, in my case, part were free since the system was still under warranty. I didnt even know that. They dealt with the back end manufacture communication."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"The system works great and there have been no problems."

"We bought our ac and furnace from them 2 yrs ago. They were super professional at time of install as well as with every appointment for maintenance since!"

"I had an install issue that could've turned out worse, but they came back out an went above and beyond for me! It was excellent."

"Although we decided not to proceed with the renovation at this time, Addition Doctors was the most competitive bid and the one we would have chosen.

John was very responsive and thoughtful in how we could proceed with the renovation. He came up with ideas for configurations and gave clear outlines of the work that would be done.
