"It was a pleasure to have experienced and knowledgeable installers in our home to replace a hot water heater."

"5 stars for this company. After interviewing several plumbers for residential bathroom renovations and water heater replacement I hired Lujan PSI, who a local plumbing supply company recommended. The owner Lucas was prompt and responsive to my needs throughout my project. All work was completed on schedule and was competitively priced. In a place and time where the demand for contractors is extraordinary and it is difficult to find one who cares, Lujan PSI is a standout. This local, family owned company has earned my highest recommendation."

"Wonderful service, our water heater started leaking it was very old. Cole was prompt and explained everything that needed to be done as he brought everything up to code, not to mention he was affordable, he is local business owner and part of my community. I highly recommend them!"

"I will be a loyal customer of Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating from now on. They were, fast, friendly, and fair, providing expert work at a reasonable price. They replaced my water heater with professional efficiency and answered all of our questions so that we knew what they were doing and why. I give them my strongest recommendation. Todd and his team are wonderful."

"Response to my call was quick, Mike came out to consult as promised. He gave details and information without appearing to push for the most expensive system. We chose a very good system, but not the top of the line.
Installer came out exactly when we agreed, which was only a few days after the consultation. He was polite, courteous, careful in how he treated our home. He finished in one day. There was a subcontractor who came the same day to handle the new electrical junction and wiring to the outside unit.
The entire installation was done with minimal impact on our home.
The installer said there was one thing (size and routing of a vent pipe) that was very hard to do (Mike had predicted this when he quoted the job). He said he would try one solution that would work perfectly well but that might not be what the state inspector wanted to see. He said if there was a problem he would come back out and correct it.
Indeed one inspector said everything looks great, while the other one (inspecting something different) asked for this vent pipe to be modified. The installer came to the house promptly and engineered a solution that satisfied the state.
One other comment about the original call. I needed to work with the office by telephone, setting the date and time and giving credit card info. The company was having trouble with their phone service, and we kept getting cut off. Eventually the young woman in the office gave me her private cell number so we could complete our business. I thought that was "above and beyond" as they say and speaks well of the company.
Bassett is certainly our heating and AC company now. Will definitely work with them for future needs as well as ongoing routine maintenance.
I did not grade them on price, as I did not get other quotes and have no way to compare. Sorry, but members will have to rely on other reviews to assess the price.

"I got four different quotes for the replacement of my water heater. Ben's quote was by far lower than many of the others. And his work was thorough with great communication along the way. I would highly recommend BDM and will use them again in the future for other projects!"

"Fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable. The first visit we had a gas shutoff valve installed and the second visit we had a gas water heater installed, both jobs were done by Bob who is 5 a star professional."

"Jonathan promptly replied to my request, he and Caleb were here at the appointed time. After reviewing what would be the best option for my budget and needs, we agreed to a price and the new heater was installed the same day! Everything was done neatly, quickly and correctly. They cleaned up the work area and the entry to the house. They are very professional, polite and efficient. I have never experienced same day service done so well."

"This afternoon I discovered that water was flowing out the bottom of my >20 year old water heater.  I called around and finally found Gerald from AAAA who said he'd come and take a look as soon as he finished the job he was on.  He patiently talked me through shutting all the water off to the heater so it wouldn't cause any major damage before he got there.  Once he arrived, he discovered the bottom had pretty much rusted through and I needed a new one. He also noticed that the plumbing hookup wasn't optimal and fixed that.   He provided me several options for a new heater and actually installed a new one this evening.  I expected to go without hot water tonight and to have him come back tomorrow, but he said he hates to leave people without hot water  (Gotta love this guy).  He didn't finish until 7:30 tonight, but I will not be going to bed without a hot shower!
