Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood. I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. "Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "During a presidential “pandemic” election year, it was refreshing to have a professionally humble and respectful human show up to the job. Corey did his actual job he was hired to perform, and made my family and I believe he legitimately cared about the job he was performing. Corey inspected 3,400 sq.ft of a potential home I’d consider for purchase, head to toe, in a timely and accurate manner. Upon completion, Corey verbally went through his findings with my agent and I, describing and showing photos of every nook and cranny. I appreciate Coreys time and service and am extremely thankful for his professional expertise. Within a couple hours of inspection I received a full copy of the home inspection via email detailing every moment of his time well spent. "Please read until end!!! The technician did a good job until he made a mistake during his inspection which caused an issue in our home.  The fireplace was not sealed off when he de-pressurized the house, which is part of the energy assessment, as a result there were ashes which were blown into my living room.  The tech and I spent about an hour cleaning the mistake, needless to say, I was not very happy.  Even though, I did not make a "stink" about this initially, about 6 months later, I got an email asking for a review which I responded to with this information.  About 5 minutes later, I received a call from Blanket Insulation about the issue. After I told them what had occurred, they insisted  that I have my carpets and couches cleaned thoroughly by a professional and that we send them the bill which they would re-imburse us for!  Blanket Insulation was only concerned about doing the right thing. There were no strings attached.  I am a very busy guy who usually does not have time to write reviews good or bad, but I had to share my experience because I believe it is a rare thing to find a company who would care enough to do this!  Although, we have not spent the money to do the full insulation package, when we decide to pull the trigger on it, we will look no further than Blanket Insulation!

"We had D & S Masonry replace the floor in our two car garage. We had some minor issues with it, but, overall, they did a great job. Not wanting customers to have even minor issues, Sean went far out of his way make it right for us. Anyone can do a good job, but customer service does not end with the invoice. D & S Masonry absolutely stands behind their work and cares about customer satisfaction ? a quality that seems to be more and more difficult to find these days. I would definitely recommend them to others.
