"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I had to have a panel replaced in my gas furnace. They charged me 480.00 for the panel and 200.00! For labor. The labor was completely overpriced. The total cost of job should have been around $500.00, therefore, the part was overpriced. Come on, $200.00 labor! Outrageous!"

"He was very professional and courtious. The appliance needed a part. He is checking with Choice to see if needs part or replace the refrigerator. I was very pleased with the his service and approachability."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Very pleasant to work with Don, the owner, and Monica, who kept in contact via phone as well as visiting the site. The carpenter on this project was unfailingly pleasant and patient with my numerous questions. He was careful and thorough. This project also included replacing 6 interior doors in an older home. I had no idea how much work was involved in retrofitting new doors into old framework. Dennis made dozens of trips, carrying doors up and down stairs, outside to work on them, and back inside fitting and finessing those doors. He also installed a stainless backsplash, and removed and cut back the kitchen windowsill to accommodate a new, larger faucet that he installed. My kitchen looks great, and the bathroom is awesome....fresh, safe, and stylish. Accomplished with professionalism and humor. Work space was kept as clean as possible, and all debris removed on the final day of the project. I enjoyed working with Don and Dennis, and Mike, who made several trips to deliver whatever was needed for this project."

"After posting my problem on Home Advisor, Roberto called within four minutes. I explained a problem about a new metal roof-installed by another contractor. He stopped by the next morning. A number of problems were pointed out, roof not screwed down, wrong way a drain was set up & the wrong way for screws were used. One problem was taken care of. An appointment was setup to repair was the first contractor's mistake's. Roberto was straight forward about what needs to be done with a written estimate. Also Roberto gave estimates on two other jobs. At this time I would recommended Taylor Construction for future jobs. Roberto was not pushy & listened to what I had to ask while explaining any questions."
