"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"It was a pleasure to work with Sergiy on my 3 bathrooms remodeling project. He was up-front about the costs, delivered high quality workmanship, and was easy to communicate with. He and Nick worked meticulously. It turned out my walls were not level. Sergiy took care to even them out with layers of spackle and sanding, so that the corner tiles lined up in a beautiful straight line. I really appreciated this extra effort to make it look right. "Called because the box vents on the above the kitchen sun room (room off kitchen with a vaulted ceiling a separate roof) would leak when strong winds and rain occurred. I called to have them removed since they never served any purpose in venting that roof. They also inspected the rest of the roof and recommended that one vent pipes was in need of repair, and some of the ridge vents were starting to pull up (the nails were rusting). They suggested a better vent system using shingles covering the vent to protect it. Work done quickly and professionally. Shingles matched very well to existing ones.
