" The sales representative I spoke with, misrepresented the services in order to secure a service call. She told me the truck would arrive fully equipped to handle diagnostics, battery work, and related issues to fully diagnose a generator, which turned out not to be true. The technicians who came out were polite and professional, and this review is not directed at them in any way.. This ended up wasting a significant amount of my time and money"

"Lost power to my home office hub/work center (WIFI, connected cable, land line, computers, printers, etc). I wasn't able to secure an appointment for days considering the holiday is right around the corner and I have limited availability. I had put the word out and DP Electric was the last to reach out to me and was able to quickly address my issue and had my home office up and running and fully operational. DP Electric saved my week allowing me to do damage control and keep my holiday plans on schedule. Thanks guys!"
