"These guys were amazing. Stripped off entire backside double layered shingles. Installed ridge vent, removed old box vents, replaced significant sections of roof boards and then reshingled entire back roof all in 1 day. Then did all house trim repair, wrapping, new gutter installation with leaf guards... in 2 Days. They were reasonably priced for the very high quality and efficient work they performed. I did not meet the roof crew, but their work was excellent. The man who did the trim work and wrapping is an artist....superior work. Did not see the crew that installed the gutters and leaf guards, but the product and the installation is excellent. Obviously, I am extremely happy with the quality of work done by this company and will unquestionably use them again if the need arises."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. Once we spoke with Gerald Massengil, we knew who we wanted to go with. "It took a little time for the project to start due to the coronavirus, once they started the work was completed very timely. The windows were installed in less than a day. The capping if the trim started as the window work finished. I a matter of a week the trim was complete. The gutter installation took another day. The work crews were very professional, they explained what they were going to do before they started and they cleaned up as soon as they were done. I would recommend HCR for this kind of project."

"These guys were first rate from start to finish! I wanted a custom fence with a specific design. From the first contact to final task they were responsive and went beyond expectation. The estimator responded to every text or calls. The third party material supply company fouled up the delivery (no fault of S&S) however S&S quickly offered to respond to my home on a Saturday to correct the matter no questions asked. The estimator showed up at the start of the job to insure installers had a complete understanding of customer expectations. The crew arrived on time every day, were polite and professional. They work a full day every day until compete. Upon finishing the job they cleaned up all debris, scrap, and yes even cleaned saw dust from all driveway surfaces and walk ways. The yard was raked and left over materials were stacked neatly in place. Price was mid range and quality of work excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Mr Boyer and his crew were absolutely accommodating. My large window in the utility room was broken about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving of 2018. Mr Boyer offered to delay his holiday plans if I needed the window to be replaced immediately. Luckily, I did not - but the offer meant a great deal to me.
