The flooring looks new and the sealer they applied is good for 3-5 years. I highly recommend their work; and plan to recall them to restore and repair some saltillo flooring, another area of their specialties. "We rely on them! Have had some bad experiences with other companies but Nermina and her mother are wonderful. They have been coming here for years now. Always accommodating, and are willing to work around our schedule if something unexpected happens. I am unable because of back injuries to do many things that are never a problem to these helpers. Nermina always asks if there is something special that needs to be done this time. We have two dogs so there are hair and other issues you get with pets. My ladies know what needs to be done and just do it. The house looks so lovely when they are done. I wish I would afford to have them here every day. Their cleaning products smell lovely and never damage surfaces. We have some things that would need to be locked away if other workers came here but with Nermina and her mother, we don't even give it a second thought. I have recommended them to people who are very happy with their services. We are so blessed to have them in our lives."

"I bought 3 new carpets from complete flooring. I have three dogs, and their potty training is not perfect. The salesperson recommended dream weaver carpet that comes with a pet stain warranty. The carpets are soft and beautiful and the installers were prompt, neat and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, after a few years my dogs did stain one of the carpets. Patty contacted the carpet company several times and kept me in the loop. She got them to stand by their warranty and just today, complete flooring installed the new carpet today for free. Again the installers were prompt and did a great job. So happy we went with complete flooring (which we found on Angie’s list). Will definitely use them every time I need new carpet! If you get this type of carpet though, be sure to clean it every 18 months with a truck mounted cleaner and keep receipts. We were lucky we had."
