"This is in a Park Model that has a much smaller water heater. Pioneer installed a MUCH better unit, slightly larger, and installed heavier duty connections to the unit. They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

"Great. Brandon was excellent. When we called him on a Sunday evening, he offered to come out to repair the unit if we were uncomfortable. It was 111 degrees that day! Luckily, we have two units in our house and the one in the bedroom area was working. I thought it was very considerate of him to make this offer. He repaired our unit and was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to call him again. Great guy!"

"I also had a new water heater installed. I'm very happy with the new sink and faucet. They brought the water heater up to code and it all looks great. Very friendly and professional."

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

"I’m totally happy with Plumber Kings service. I had several little plumbing problems each not warranting a separate call for repair. Plumber Kings came and happily took care of everything. I’m worry free!"

"These repairs were performed in an older house that we had just moved into. All the work done was performed rapidly and with good quality. They had the new water line installed within a day including digging the trenches. A form of blue PVC line was used instead of copper. My only concern is I would have liked to have been presented with an option. I have since tried to get them to provide and estimate on some additional repairs - with no return phone calls. I called and spoke with the secretary approximately six times over a 2-3 week period and never received a return phone call from anyone. I trusted their work and repairs and felt their pricing was fair, however, they gave me no option but to chose a different contractor for further repairs since they never called back. I am very surprised because in the past they were very responsive. I am very sorry to say I would not use them again at this point."

"Very, very, good, The tech, Jonathan and his helper were professional and thorough in the service from start to finish. I watched and was most impressed with the care that they took to fix my water line. I would highly recommend this company and use them again in the future, ."

"

The diagnostic evaluation description changed from my purchase date to the appointment so the service was not what I expected.

I hired the company to seal my ducts. The price was reasonable but on the date of the appointment, only a portion of service was performed and the time of the appointment was not as scheduled. The remainder of the service was rescheduled when I called the company. The computer that shows pre and post duct sealing leakage was on the fritz. I was supposed to receive a copy and have requested this multiple times. I still have not received this.

The servicemen are very professional and seem quite competent. The schedulers, receptionist, business office end of things is atrocious.

"It went well. The plumber solved our drain problem and answered our questions, including noting our hot water heater was still functioning adequately and did not need replacement at this time."

"I hired Perry for yearly maintenance on my AC/heater unit 2x/year. They have been extrememly prompt which is one reason I hired them after their initial contact. Plus I remember they have been in business in Tucson a long time. Luke Olson the old Wildcat basketball coach used them."
