"Joe was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend!"

"Olivier is extraordinarily thorough in h=is inspection and report. No stone was left unturned, and his report was extensive, detailed, and clear. He is committed to doing his best for his customers and giving them the best sense of the home they are about to potentially purchase. I can't imagine a better guide through this part of the home-buying process. His work was invaluable to us."

"Because I prefer to meet service providers before hiring them, I called for the estimate from JBH to see if they would come out to my home. I realized that my county was far enough away (31.01 miles, 50 minutes) to warrant a service charge. The representative I spoke with confirmed this, but he quoted $200 just for the visit, which, if I hired them, would go toward the bill. I thought this was a pretty high price, and I was disappointed because they have such high ratings on Angie's List and because I was not made aware of the high estimates for certain areas of service. I would have liked to have been able to consider them for work on my house, but the $200 price is just too high. The grade for price reflects just the estimate because I do not know what they charge for regular jobs."

"Quick service, very knowledgeble, detail oriented"

"Mine was very meticulous and honest. I appreciate him doing a whole inspection when I only had a few issues needing a check up. He was not in a rush and made sure he checked every floor and room! I would friendly hire him again!"

"John M. was courteous, timely, and professional in his inspection. He was upfront about the issues -- whether they are serious or minor, rare or common, and whether more specialized input is required. His written report was very well done and will serve as a great home guide for us in the future after we move in. Thank you!"
