"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. Knowledgeable technician though."

"It went well. Scott was on time and very thorough. He took many pictures so that I could see exactly what our furnace looks like. The company sent me an email beforehand as a reminder of the service and included a picture of Scott."

"They techs arrived quickly and seemed to really know their stuff. The repair was done efficiently, and my oven isn't dead anymore. Highly recommend these guys to be hired."

"Fabulous clothes dryer repair service!! My tenant said, Tom, our service tech was professional, respectful, fast, knowledgeable, " he knew what he was doing ", The repair price was fair for the job performed! Very happy to save money and not have to buy a new one !!! Highly recommend & will use this company for all appliance repairs! Sharon who called us back could not have been more pleasant & reassuring!!!"

"Didn't feel as though they listened to what we were looking for. Ideas not unique or innovative.

"The service was amazingly fast and complete. The dryer wasn't producing any hot air. I requested quotes on Angie's List and quickly received a call from Bek at So Cal Appliance Repair. Fortunately, he was working another job locally. Within the hour, he was at our house and within another 30 minutes he identified the problem, had the parts on hand and completed the repair. Within 2 hours after I requested quotes, the dryer was fixed. Never had that happen before....ever. I highly recommend Beck. He's knowledgeable, personable and his prices are very reasonable."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"The serviceman was courteous and efficient. He did the job just like we wanted, with no mess or problems. I waited to make this review to be sure there were no leaks or issues and I can say that the job is excellent. Appreciate this kind of workmanship and professionalism.
