"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."

"I had Sprayco painting the exterior of my house and a 1000+ sq ft of wooden deck. I could not have been any happier with the work they performed. Salomon and his crew did an outstanding job for a fair price. To begin with, Salomon was very flexible with adjusting dates to accommodate for bad weather. He went above and beyond to paint small segments of the area to help me coordinate the color selection and offered his opinion, which was always spot on. He is very detailed oriented and always willing to accommodate extra requests and perform fixes after the final walkthrough. Besides painting the house's exterior, he also changed some deck poles that were wobbly and cracking us. Once again, they did an excellent job! "Mr. Gutierrez arrived exactly when he said he would and got busy right away.  He did a very thorough job, spending about six hours washing every nook and cranny of my house.  When he had finished, my house look as if it had been repainted.  He was polite and professional and I was very pleased with the job he did.  I would have no hesitation in hiring him again for painting, pressure-washing or as a handyman.  I am 100% satisfied with his work.
