"After the central office remedied the slight scheduling snafu, we were off to the races. The 2 workers, "R" and "L", were awesome! So professional, helpful and polite. "They were great. Easy to communicate with; came as promised; needed no supervision. Did everything right. I just started up the sprinkler system again for spring 2015, and it's working perfectly, so they must have done everything right. In the past, when I've used other companies for winter shutoff, there have been problems at spring startups. I'm sure these are sometimes a result of nature's work over the winter, but this was nice with Aqua Duck this time.
