They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. I'm confident that my days (and nights!) with the shopvac and flooded basement are finally over, and grateful they stand behind their work for a full year. Good contractors are hard to find. He came over the next day and took his time not only inspecting the basement but the exterior of the house as well. He sent a detailed proposal with various options we could chose from, both internal and external. Was having signs of seepage in my basement and floor was buckling, First met with Bob who evaluated my situation and made recommendation to add additional drainage to my existing system , replace concrete floor and put a vapor barrier along the walls . Estimate was reasonable and flexible. Foreman Gibson arrived on time each day and kept me informed on progress. they were professional, courteous and left area clean at the end of each day. When as issue came up and that was beyond any ones control. Roland the owner came that day and addressed it . near the end Gibson noticed that my existing sub pump was damaged by some debris and replaced it immediately at their expense. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."
