"We had a very bad pigeon problem after we had solar installed on our home. We had constant cooing, tons of bird feces and eggs rolling of the roof constantly.
I Contacted The Pigeon Guy after I did not hear back from another company about the same service. I am very glad that fate lead me to these guys. From the first visit to provide a quote to actual remediation the staff at The Pigeon Guy were top notch.
They explained everything they were doing to clean off our roof of bird droppings and how exactly they went about sealing the edges around our solar panels to prevent pigeons from returning. They even made repairs to our roof caused by our solar installers until permanent repairs could be made. They really left the place in better shape then it was before they arrived.
They installed wire mesh around the panels, netting on the apex of the roof to prevent birds from nesting between the panels on either side of the roof and put slippery stuff on spots not covered by netting or screen.
They did a good job cleaning up the removed bird feces they washed off and ensured that all of our outdoor furniture was moved before cleaning.
In the end it was the attention to detail and patience to answer my questions that I most admired. In 5 years when the warranty is done I will have them out again to do a tune up. Best of all no more 24/7 cooing, falling eggs or bird feces.
