"Job went perfect. I was approved for financing the day I called. When the contractor came out for the bid, he made a materials and labor suggestion based on our needs. The original estimate of 9k worth of unnecessary privacy fencing, that I could not afford, went down to 2.5k of sturdy chain link providing a safe play space for our rescue dog. The contractor said they are more interested in helping customers out than making large sales. The fence is very professional. It is even wired into the ground so our dog cannot dig under it. The city inspector said it was a "perfect" construction job. Finished in under 8 hours. Roughly 100 feet of chain link, posts, concrete, plus gate. High quality materials and the yard was spotless when the job was finished. Very trustworthy. I feel strongly that I got what I paid for. Peace of mind that my dog, a known short fence jumper, is safe as well as my yard and padlocked gate. The most important part, is that my dog LOVES the freedom of having a large yard to run freely in."

I contacted HMR and asked that they provide me with an estimate to remove my existing chain-link fence and install a six foot vinyl privacy fence.  They showed up the same day and gave me, what I considered to be, a very reasonable price to perform the work and provide all the materials. (Much lower than the others)  So I chose HMR.

They scheduled me for the following Saturday.  They arrived at 7 a.m. as scheduled and were finished that afternoon.  I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to clean everything up afterwards.  If you're considering a new fence, I would definitely recommend these guys!

"Project took a little longer than expected but the crews were working during the hottest weeks of the year. Met or exceeded expectations. The few issues with minor aesthetics were discussed with the crew and solutions they suggested worked out well and look good. Dennis was very knowledgeable and approachable. "Work started May 14, 2015and was completed in late July. We found Wade and his crew very easy to work with. Wade personally checked daily on progress and regularly communicated with us about any changes or delays in scheduling. The delay in completion was the result of the rainiest June on record and an unexpected problem getting the color decking we had selected for the porch. Wade researched and presented an alternative color choice close to our original selection for our approval ? we are very pleased with the new color choice. The decorative sidewalk turned out beautifully and is a nice focal point for our house. We are very happy with all the landscaping and the multiple stone garden walls. Wade added several additional features from the original plan that have enhanced the appearance of the landscaping.
Wade was genuinely interested in producing a result with which we would be happy. He regularly stopped to make sure we were satisfied
with the way things were progressing and that we had no problems with the work. He quickly responded and resolved problems we had with a latch on the fence and railings on the deck. His crews minimized any mess related to the work and promptly removed remaining materials once work was completed. Working with Wade and his crews has been a positive experience.

"For this work we obtained three estimates. Larry Conyers, the owner of the company, and his son Matt Conyers, came over and discussed the project with us. We were very impressed how willing they were to listen to our ideas and develop a design around them. Also, the price that they quoted was very reasonable. We liked how flexible they were as we made minor modifications to the design. They tore out the old deck, build the new deck and pergola over our hot tub, and created a paved patio around the deck and hot tub. We were extremely happy with the workmanship. In fact, we were so pleased with the work that we asked them to do further landscaping, including creating a path with pavers/gravel, tearing out the old lawn, and putting down turf, and placing outdoor lighting. They did an exceptional job at a reasonable price. We both were extremely impressed with their esthetic sense, and were very pleased with the final results. For a short period, between the first and second part of the project, we did lose contact with them, and were not able to get hold of them by phone or e-mail. However, we found out that they were short staffed at the time, and once this was clear, there were no further problems. We would recommend Conyers Construction for any deck on landscaping work."
