"Job went perfect. I was approved for financing the day I called. When the contractor came out for the bid, he made a materials and labor suggestion based on our needs. The original estimate of 9k worth of unnecessary privacy fencing, that I could not afford, went down to 2.5k of sturdy chain link providing a safe play space for our rescue dog. The contractor said they are more interested in helping customers out than making large sales. The fence is very professional. It is even wired into the ground so our dog cannot dig under it. The city inspector said it was a "perfect" construction job. Finished in under 8 hours. Roughly 100 feet of chain link, posts, concrete, plus gate. High quality materials and the yard was spotless when the job was finished. Very trustworthy. I feel strongly that I got what I paid for. Peace of mind that my dog, a known short fence jumper, is safe as well as my yard and padlocked gate. The most important part, is that my dog LOVES the freedom of having a large yard to run freely in."

"Those guys were great. They did provide me with a bid on redoing the whole bathroom, tiling and all that. We are not renovating the bathroom, it was replacing all of the grout and redoing it properly. What he did was basically repair work. They submitted a bid and it looked like a good price, it's the only bid I got for the job and I don't know if or when I'll be proceeding with it. They e-mailed it to me the bid but I can't recall when it was. They were prompt and as I remember it, maybe that was around holiday time."

"Work started May 14, 2015and was completed in late July. We found Wade and his crew very easy to work with. Wade personally checked daily on progress and regularly communicated with us about any changes or delays in scheduling. The delay in completion was the result of the rainiest June on record and an unexpected problem getting the color decking we had selected for the porch. Wade researched and presented an alternative color choice close to our original selection for our approval ? we are very pleased with the new color choice. The decorative sidewalk turned out beautifully and is a nice focal point for our house. We are very happy with all the landscaping and the multiple stone garden walls. Wade added several additional features from the original plan that have enhanced the appearance of the landscaping.
Wade was genuinely interested in producing a result with which we would be happy. He regularly stopped to make sure we were satisfied
with the way things were progressing and that we had no problems with the work. He quickly responded and resolved problems we had with a latch on the fence and railings on the deck.
