"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Excellent experience. Drake arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He sealed off the bathroom which kept dust from escaping. The process took about hours. The tub looks wonderful, much better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again and I do recommend them. They are professional, courteous and they clean up after the job is complete."

"Simply amazing! From the estimate to the completion of the job, this company was top notch. I needed a more cost effective solution than replacing a tub and all the tiles. This was it and I could not be happier. The end result was better than I imagined.
Pete, my technician was prompt, very courteous and meticulous about his work. He kept me updated all along they way and provided clear directions for after care.
Now that my tub and tiles are done, my floor is looking a little sad and neglected. I'll be calling Pete and Miracle Method soon to fix that problem :-)

"Bought a Big Deal for 2 hours of electric work (2 men for 1 hour). We recently moved and have several small projects that "need" to get done, just not the time to do them all ourselves. Josh was great about squeezing me in to his schedule that week. He and his employee got to the house and quickly switched out the two bulb fixtures to outlets and hung the 4 lights we had purchased. They finished with a bit of time to spare.
Will have them back out to do more work in the future.
