"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

"This job was done in February 2017. I just discovered I never finished writing the review. So here it is 3 years later. First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."

"It went extremely well. The team that came out to build the canopies were extremely diligent and worked very hard to give that professional accuracy and feeling of complete integration to the house. The guys were clearly proud of the products and worked diligently to customize them. The end result was better than I thought possible and we were delighted to see how it integrated with the house and in fact the kitchen extension was so great we are considering extending that to cover the whole back of the house."

I was expecting the appointment to take place sometime next week, but Robert was here the same day just within in a few hours of calling. Robert called ahead before arriving to our home. He was timely, polite and assessed the problem within a few minutes. Robert started work immediately and had repairs completed in an amazingly short period of time. He also installed "quiet rollers" and I am very happy with the change. The garage door works like new and I could not be more satisfied. "We signed the original contract July 29, 2014. At that time all windows and doors were measured and ordered shortly thereafter. Because of a previously scheduled vacation the installation wasn't done until October 2014. During the installation process it was noted that the door going onto the back porch was too small. Since the door was custom sized it had to be reordered and it took a couple of months for it to come in. <br /> With the exception of the incorrect door size problem we are very happy with the windows and doors that have been installed. Coincidentally our termite inspector uses a thermal device to check the walls for insects which also shows cool or warm spots. His thermal reading showed that the installation of the windows and doors is quite energy-efficient. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of the product and are especially happy with the crew that installed the windows and doors.  <br /> With the exception of the time it took and the overall cost we are extremely pleased the work done. We would have this company do the job for us in the future. <br />"
