The cost of installing a chimney cap in the Tampa Bay area runs from $175.00 to $250.00. Dennis charged me $250.00 to install a $40.00 chimney cap. When I asked Dennis why the installation cost was at the top of the price range, he said: There are fees associated with running the operation: shipping, consumables, labor, transportation, fuel, payroll, and the list goes on. My price is right in line with the chimney sweeps in the area. His crew certainly knew what they were doing, and I would probably use his services again. My only objection is that the cost of installing the chimney cap was at the top of the high range for that job. Dennis could have chosen to install a more expensive chimney cap for what he charged me."

"They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

"They removed the rotten wood, replaced it with new wood, and encased it with aluminum- for the soffits. The fascia is all just aluminium. The best part is, the outcome is amazing. It was a big job. Two story house with a roof with a very high pitch. They cleaned up very well everyday and you can't tell anyone was every here. The only downside was the scheduling. It was very hard to get a hold of them - maybe 5-6 calls from us would yield 1 call back from them. It took them about a month and half to start the work. Once they started it was excellent. Day in and day out. Our push for the work was caused by the Home Owners Association- they saw it needed to be fixed. We couldn't be more pleased! It looks really good on the first time! I don't know why it took so long for them to get started, but it could have been health wise."
