I had tried to deep clean it myself numerous times, but could never complete the job as it was just too much tile. Tyrell, the owner of the company, came to assess the work. He gave me a very reasonable quote so we set up a day/time for the cleaning. Deshawn was the technician that came. In this day and age, I thought he would have a machine to do the "dirty" work, but instead, he cleaned the tile the old fashioned way -- with cleaning chemicals and good, hard muscle power. It was amazing how clean he was able to get it! The next day, he came back to apply a color seal to the grout. Now my floors look just like they did 10 years ago when they were new! Kudos to Deshawn for his grit and determination in doing this back breaking work. Both he and Tyrell were professional, kind, and polite. I would hire them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family."
