"This is by far my first "big project" that required me to apply for permits and have guys in my house multiple days. And Keith made the whole process really simple. Let me start from the beginning: I shopped around for different shed builders in my area. There were some that could build it for cheap. I decided to go with Keith because he not only was honest about his pricing (just look at this website and it's easy to follow) but he was super easy to get a hold of and calls you back pronto. I had guys not returning my calls after three or four days. He showed me pictures of how he built his base and, honestly, no one else really builds like he does. I know that I'm getting a solid building because he does exactly what he advertises. He then helped me figure out where to apply permits too. That's professionalism right there. When it came time to build, Keith and his guys not only showed up on the day they said they were going to show up but showed up on time. His guys keep clean too. They set up in the morning and tear down and clean up when they leave. The work isn't shoddy either. They caulk and seal everything and it is built to residential standards (yes, a shed that's build more like a house and less of a shed except it's not a house). Not only that, he uses quality materials and his workers are all experienced carpenters. He's not hiring cheap day laborers, these guys are professionals. I ended building a 12 x 16 shed with 2 windows and a french door. I got what I wanted and then some. If there was an A+++ rating on AngiesList, I'd have no problems giving that to them as they were very courteous, professional, and are true craftsmen."
