"Great people and great work."

"

Very detail oriented, quick responses to our questions and building choices.

Uses a program called Co-Construct keeping him and us on the same page during the building. This program also tracks payment schedule. As changes, adds, or deletes occur it follows all the tweaks in written versus verbal format.

"I wanted to open up the back of my house and make a master suite out of 2 bedrooms! Greg did a great job with drawing it out for me and letting me see what it looked like before hand. He always asked me about how I wanted things done before he started working. Was always in time and did an excellent job! He was the cleanest handyman I’ve ever seen. He cleaned every day before he left. He was polite and well mannered and always professional! I will def use him again when I remodel my kitchen!"

"Was concerned a crack in my concrete foundation needed repair. BJ Denny came out, inspected, and explained how the crack doesn’t need repair now. That preventative measures need to be taken outside with my downspouts to keep water away from the foundation to prevent further erosion, thus further damage. Very pleased he didn’t try to overfix the damage, and he gave me a lot of advice for preventative measures. Very professional and trustworthy!"

"They done an extremely good job, we was very pleased and would hire them again to do our work. If you need a roof or remodeling or just anything, I would highly recommend him."

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

"Excellent! Estimate was easy to schedule, quick and the crew was always on time and got the job done fantastically!"

"Jason and his crew did an outstanding job on our room addition (sunroom). People we know commented on Jason's excellent craftsmanship. In addition, Jason was always open to our feedback and displayed excellent customer service. We are very happy with the finished work and we would highly recommend Moreland Homes!"

"The work they did is still working. The system works but it seems like we have a leak in the front of the house. The front of the house actually has three continuous sections and there is one place where it kind of runs down the side of the house a little bit. The product itself, the incaps were painted to match the color of the choice of gutters but they peel back to white. When we called, they were right on time."

"I HIGHLY recommend hiring Steve & Tracy for any home project. They have helped us with window & shower sealing, caulking, painting, dry wall repair, cementing, and a variety of other projects. They are incredibly kind people that are trustworthy, easy to work with, and can get any job done without worry or question. Their work is done on-time with great care and attention to detail, as if it is their own. There is no one better than them!"
