"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Just had a custom walk-in shower installed, (an old shower/tub combo removed) by West Shore. The installers showed up right on time and got busy with exceptional work. I couldn't be more pleased with the work completed in a day, just as promised. The installers, Matt and Jacob did an excellent job! The shower is beautiful!"

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."
