"It went very well. Technician Dominic was professional and responsive to my wishes. He called ahead and told me when he expected to arrive (right on time). He lubricated my old door and made sure it was running smoothly on its tracks. Then he tested and tuned new door opener to fit my very old garage specifications. He even adjusted my garage ceiling light so it provided power to the door as well as continued as a light. He came out in terrible weather conditions (close to freezing and continual downpour) and he stuck it out and completed the work timely and admirably."
