Also had a signed contract they added $7500 to the price when I was at work and had my 67-year-old mother in law sign it. , I was a co-signer. Charged $175 to install 1 sheet of plywood.when going rstr for plywood was $75 Original quote was 15000 for siding and 7500 for roof, ended up paying $44000 which maxed out financing they assisted with at 10 percent interest."

"I contracted with Buena Vista Roofing (BVR) for a complete tear-off and re-roof of my parents house in Vancouver, WA. BVR came highly recommended by one of their neighbors, so I took his recommendation and called. From that initial phone call to the completion of the job, working with BVR was a great experience. The estimator performed a complete set of measurements and provided a quote that was fair. There was even a discount for being a senior citizen and a military veteran! The BVR crew of 3 workers showed up on time each day and went about their work. Once the old roofing was removed, the lead man could see areas where there was damaged/rotted roof decking (plywood) that needed replacement. The highly skilled crew cut out the bad sections and â puzzledâ in the new plywood pieces perfectly. BTW - the additional charge for the repairs that they made was very reasonable. After 3 ½ days and a lot of hard work, the transformation was complete and the new roof looks fantastic. I went atop the roof with the BVR inspector, and took lots of pictures. The workmanship is absolutely top notch. If you need a new roof, BVR should be your 1st call."
