"Right before Thanksgiving we detected a leak from our upstairs toilet between our floors; and our dishwasher died. I contacted AWP through their web site; the response and scheduling were prompt. Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. "Chris is awesome.  Where 5+ other appliance service folks were unwilling to work on our Samsung refrigerator, Chris had the experience and skills to jump in with enthusiasm.  Our freezer was working fine, but our fridge was not cooling properly.  On the same day I called, Chris came out that afternoon and professionally inspected, disassembled the system and diagnosed the problem (a faulty fan and iced coils - due to the faulty fan).  We had to order a part (overnight), which he then installed upon delivery - and now our Samsung is good as new.

"Alex was very professional. He called when he was on his way to let us know what his ETA was and was with in the window of time that we were provided. When Alex arrived he was wearing a mask and was prepared to put on shoe covers so as not to track in any dirt. When he looked at our dishwasher he explained what was causing the grinding noise and that the part and labor would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher and with the age of our dishwasher (21+ years) that a new one would most likely end of saving us money. Even though he was not going to do any repairs Alex still helped us siphon the water that had to drained out of the dishwasher when we had last tried to run and had the issue we had called on. I liked that he was honest about the fact that they could do the work but that a new dishwasher would be the most cost effect solution for us as the client. If we have any appliance issues in the future I will definitely contact Appliance Force to see if it is an appliance that they service. Thank you for the quick turn around."

"Excellent work done by Wend Na and his partner. I am thrilled with the results of my gas range and hood installation. I had recently remodelled and tracking down the power to the range hood was like a maize but they persevered, spent much longer than they anticipated but this customer couldn't be happier. Range hood is perfectly aligned, perfectionists:-) No mess, great conversation as they worked, cleaned up after themselves; such a pleasure to have met them. I will definately use them again. "Mr Handyman was great!  They arrived everyday ontime ready to work.  Our specialist was amazing.  Such a level head a focus on problem solving without creating additional problems.  Our porch had the guts of a corner exposed for many years and there was a ton of dry rot to be taken care of.  Rob was awesome- so careful to remove and treat the bad parts while taking care not to damage the membrane roof that is on it.  With major damage our scheudule only slipped one day.  Once that was done he moved on to the finish work that we had originally hired them to complete.  Again, AWESOME!  Great suggestions, totally willing to partner with us.  Fixed a couple things that we didn't like, even though there was nothing wrong with how he did it, just our taste. 
I will be bringing them back out to finish the roof in the porch once our painting is done.  They are so ethical and just a great company."
