"Harts dispatch kept me updated on the status of the plumbers arrival. We called for two issues and of course the mystery noise stopped the day he came! But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! I truly appreciate that Konner took the time to look at the issue, listen to us and come up with a solution that worked and not just say the most expensive option of replacing all the pipes! However, they did delay the actual planned original date by one more day, stating that they were too busy to be able to arrive that day, which meant that a whole day wasted waiting for them, hence the low rating on customer service."

The work was expensive, but I think that was just the nature of the job. It's an underground pipe, so I guess time will tell whether he did a good job. They were unable to fix two on the spot (due to faulty fixtures) but fixed one for a very reasonable price. The other price quoted to install a new sink faucet was high, so not sure what we're going to do with that. But I would definitely call them to come out again for anything else."

Repairing a leak and replacing a kitchen faucet at one house and and at the second he replaced a hot water tank. The hot water tank had been leaking for awhile and Garret recommended that the floor be replaced(it was pressed partial board that had been softened by the leaking tank). He brought everything “up to code” so I know going forward that this. Project is completed. The work was done quickly and I paid a fair price for the work. I will be calling Garret in the near future to replace a few more Hot water tanks BEFORE. They damage the floor!"
